Eligibility
The promotion applies to existing clients that were connected and billed on Core or Plus prior to December 4, 2025. Upgrades must be made between December 4, 2025 and January 31, 2026.
In order to be eligible to the credit, the client must still be subscribed to the higher tier on 12/31 or 1/31. If you are unhappy with the upgrade and want to downgrade a client outside of those dates, please email us at help@doublehq.com.
Billing
If your firm receives a discounted rate on advanced tiers (Plus or Scale), you will continue to receive that discounted rate. The credit will be applied based on that discounted subscription price — e.g. if your firm pays $45 for Scale clients, you will receive an invoice credit of $45 for every client upgraded to Scale. Absent negotiated discounts, upgrades from Core to Plus qualify for a $25 one-time invoice credit per upgraded client. Upgrades from Core or Plus to Scale qualify for a $50 one-time invoice credit per upgraded client.
One-Time Benefit
Credits are issued once per client. The promotion does not include ongoing or recurring discounts. Double will not automatically downgrade any client after the promotional period.
Misuse and Abuse:
This promotion is intended for genuine plan changes. Accounts that upgrade solely to claim the credits and then downgrade immediately, or firms that attempt to cycle clients through tiers to accumulate credits, will not be eligible for credits. Double reserves the right to deny or reverse credits if abuse is detected.
Timing of Credit:
Credits will appear on the invoice immediately following the qualifying upgrade.
Program Changes:
Double may modify or end the promotion at any time.
